DenteMax is a network
DenteMax is a PPO network used by insurance companies, administrators and other benefit programs. It does not issue your insurance benefits. The DenteMax name alone does not tell you which services your plan covers.
Ask your plan administrator about coverage
Call the benefits number on your ID card for coverage questions. Have the insurer or administrator name, group number and member information available when you contact our office so we can help check the plan and network.
Confirm the dentist before your visit
Use the DenteMax directory to search by location and specialty. Tell our team that your plan uses DenteMax and confirm participation for the treating dentist, office and exact plan before your appointment. Bring your current dental ID card.
