PPO and Premier are different networks
Delta Dental PPO and Delta Dental Premier are separate networks; some plans combine both. Select the network shown in your plan documents when using the dentist directory, then confirm the treating dentist and office location with us.
Check benefits in the member portal
If Delta Dental of Tennessee administers your plan, its Member Portal shows eligibility, network type, benefits used and remaining, claims and pre-treatment estimates. You can also print an ID card. If your plan is administered by another Delta Dental company, use that company’s member resources.
Use estimates to plan ahead
The Dental Care Cost Estimator provides estimated cost ranges. For treatment you are considering, ask our team about a pre-treatment estimate based on your proposed care and specific plan. An estimate does not guarantee coverage or your final cost.
