Start with the topic that matters to you. You'll find practical explanations, expandable answers, and a few optional questions to check your understanding. At your visit, we'll help turn that information into a plan that fits your mouth and your day.
Our front desk team will welcome you and help with any paperwork. Please bring a photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, and a current list of medications. Tell us about your concerns and any changes in your health.
We’ll discuss your concerns and review your medical and dental history. Your dentist will explain any X-rays, photographs, or other records recommended for your examination. Imaging is chosen for your needs; a CEREC digital impression and a three-dimensional X-ray serve different purposes.
Your dentist will explain the findings and discuss your options. The type and timing of your cleaning depend on your gum health and treatment needs. Before you leave, our team will review recommended next steps and estimated costs.

Our Mt. Juliet insurance information lists the plans our team can help you check. Participation depends on the specific plan, network, and treating dentist. Call before your visit, or review our Insurance page.

For patients without dental insurance, our in-house membership plan includes specified preventive services and discounts on eligible treatment. Annual membership dues are listed, along with a $99 activation fee per person at initial enrollment and again after cancellation and rejoining. Membership is not dental insurance. Review the included services, fees, and terms on our Membership Plan page, or ask our team for details.

Cherry financing is coming soon. Our team can explain the payment options currently available and help you plan for treatment costs. Visit our Payment Plans page for details, or call (615) 754-6677(615) 754-6677.
