Membership Plans

Annual membership. Highland Dental memberships are available to patients without dental insurance and are not insurance. Annual dues include the services listed for your selected plan, subject to the stated visit limits and clinical eligibility. Membership must be active to use benefits. Treatment beyond your plan’s included services is paid for at the time of service.

Activation and rejoining. A $99 activation fee applies per person when first enrolling. It is not charged again at regular renewal while membership continues. If you cancel and later rejoin, another $99 activation fee applies.

Child and Adult Wellness. Child Wellness is for patients under age 18 at enrollment or renewal. If a child turns 18 during a paid membership year, the Child membership continues through that period. Adult Wellness pricing applies at the next annual renewal.

Treatment discounts. Members receive 15% off eligible additional treatment. All-on-X treatment is excluded from this discount. Membership discounts cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.

Fee changes. Annual membership fees may change at any time. Updated fees apply when you pay for your next annual membership period. Your paid annual membership dues remain fixed for the current period.

Cancellation and refunds. Annual dues are refundable only if you cancel within the first 30 days after registration and have not used any services or treatment discounts. The $99 activation fee is nonrefundable. After 30 days, or once any service or treatment discount has been used, annual dues are nonrefundable.

Unused benefits. Members are responsible for scheduling and attending included visits. Unused benefits cannot be transferred to another person or carried over to a later year. They expire at the end of the paid membership year.
